CENTENNIAL, CO – Summit Utilities, Inc. (Summit) today released its Corporate Sustainability Report, which details its 2019 sustainability achievements.

The report provides an overview of Summit’s commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices as it works to deliver a more cost-effective and environmentally sustainable fuel option to residences and businesses in rural areas throughout Arkansas, Colorado, Maine, Missouri and Oklahoma.

“The challenges facing our company and the communities we serve today look very different from the ones we faced when we were founded two decades ago,” said Kurt Adams, President and CEO of Summit “What remains the same is that as an energy provider, and public utility, we play a pivotal role in addressing those challenges. We are committed to helping build strong economically and environmentally sustainable communities, which is why we weave environmental, social and governance values in our core business strategy and day-to-day operations. I am proud of our 2019 ESG accomplishments that are outlined in this report.”
